My name is Ronald Robertson and I am just a Regular Guy.

I’m 49 years old. I’m not rich and I’m not poor. While I’m good at my chosen profession, I’m not a celebrity, a doctor, a scientist, or even a nutrition expert. Like you, I am just concerned about my appearance and health. (At least I assume that’s why you’re here!) After years of trying different weight loss methods, and looking for that “miracle diet”, I was not only tired of looking, I was just plain tired.

The only thing that got thinner was my wallet! And even honest diet plans that told me don’t eat “this” and start eating “that”, didn’t provide a road-map on how to do it. If it’s as easy it sounds, why are so many people having trouble losing weight?

If you’re like me, you get inundated with spam emails all the time for the latest fad diets or supplements. Just looking on the Internet can be a daunting task. It could take you weeks or even months to filter through all the information – most of it useless in my opinion – that’s out there. Perhaps you have already been scammed into buying something that didn’t work.

Usually, on the Internet especially, if something is marketed as “simple” it means a pill. Yes, technically swallowing a pill is easy. And “free” means “free trial”. Don’t be fooled by these marketing gimmicks. I have seen all over the Web what seem like personal diets. “Jane’s Weight Loss”. “Jill’s Weight Loss”. First, I doubt these people are even real (they have the same belly picture with a different face!) and second, they are nearly all selling the same fad supplement.

But I just have one question for all these folks. If your diet plan or supplement is so great, why is no one doing or taking them a year later? Think about it. Things that work and benefit a major portion of society have at least some kind of sustainability. Personally, I can’t believe people still buy these things. Actually, it makes me angry that these companies with phony “miracles” prey on innocent folks like us who might be self-conscious.

My favorite line has always been in the ads that say buy XYZ supplement and “…combined with diet and exercise…” Wait. What? If I’m going to change my diet and exercise, what the heck do I need you for? Or people that say, “you just need to eliminate stress in your life.” Ok, I’ll just snap my fingers and eliminate stress!

In other words, I wanted something simple, that didn’t require any major changes to what I was doing, and didn’t break my pocketbook. Well, based on years of trying different methods, reading blogs, and researching things that were told to me by friends and family, I finally found it! And I would like to share it with you. Did I come up with some miracle diet with “tricks” that no one knows about? Probably not. Can you get this information elsewhere? Sure. I’m not going to say that I have a lock on nutrition and weight loss.

All I have really is my experience, which fortunately is FACT! I’ve lost over 20 pounds, three pant sizes and saw results within the first week. And not only did I not spend any money, I actually SAVED money! Some of the information I provide might seem elementary, but no one ever packaged a diet plan with straight talk, in a way that didn’t seem so ominous – and perhaps most importantly – in a way that made sense.
